Cancel your Order
- To cancel an order immediately send a written request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Henna Caravan must verify receipt of your cancellation request, we can not guarantee your request will insure cancellation as we ship quickly.
- Cancellation may only be made if we confirm receipt of your request PRIOR to shipping. You will be refunded in full including shipping fees if the order has not shipped.
- Shipping charges are not refunded if you cancel an order after it has shipped, refuse, or supply a bad address.
For All Products Received Within The Last 30 Days:
Your 100% satisfaction with our products and services is our top priority. To do so, we take great care to offer only top of the line merchandise of the finest quality. We only sell products that we actually use!
- We want you to be happy with your order, please contact us if a product is damaged or does not perform.
- Non perishable products may be returned within 30 days, they must be in new and unused condition.
- Perishable items are non returnable, this includes: henna kits, henna powder, henna paste, indigo, amla, cassia, essential oils, citrus sealant, etc.
- At your request, we will either: Replace or exchange the merchandise. Credit the purchase price to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card).
- Allow up to 15 days for your returned item to be processed, inspected, and your funds credited back to you.
- We refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
- Any products used over 25% of its volume may not be returned
- A 10% restocking fee may be charged on any returned orders.
Please contact us via email (preferred method as this creates a reference for both parties) to notify us that you have an issue with an item. Without prior authorization a refund may not be issued.

- The Customer is responsible for the inbound and outbound shipping fees when returning products for replacement or exchange unless it is a mistake on behalf of Henna Caravan Body Art Supply.
- Only purchases made through hennacaravan.com may be returned. We do not accept any return requests for purchases made through other retailers / web sites.
