We ship daily Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, via USPS Priority Mail Service. Rush Processing and Express Mail with 2 day delivery are available for a surcharge.
Shipping rates on the website are approximate. The shipping fees may be adjusted depending on the weight, distance, and type of delivery required. You will receive an invoice or refund for additional shipping charges if applicable.
Our goal is to ship most orders within 2 business days, though this is not always possible, we try our best! If you require expedited delivery please add RUSH PROCESSING to your order.
Fresh mixed PASTE: We recommend upgrading to Express Mail US Postal Service to preserve freshness and prompt delivery for this perishable product, guaranteed to arrive within 2 days of shipping. Specifically recommended for ALL INTERNATIONAL (7-10 day delivery), East Coast, Mid West, and Hawaii residents.

Please Check your Delivery Address!
Double check your address is correct when in the check out process. Sadly, each week we have several customers whose orders are shipped to old or inaccurate addresses. Please don't let this happen to you!
- Changes and updates may be made to your shipping address in your Paypal account during check out.
- Once you confirm and complete payment NO CHANGES to your ADDRESS may be made.
- It's credit card fraud if we send your items to an address other than the one shown on your invoice. If we do send the item to another address it can void your buyer protection and insurance.
- If your order is being sent to the WRONG ADDRESS please place a second order and update the shipping information. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your first order.
- Online orders receive an automated email notification of shipping with tracking information when the order ships.
Order Processing and Shipping Times
- Orders ship Monday-Friday, excluding weekends/holidays.
- Orders placed by noon pacific time will usually ship on the next shipping day. Example: Orders placed by noon Wednesday usually ship on Wednesday, orders placed after noon on Wednesday will ship Thursday. This means MOST orders will ship within 2 days.
- If you fail to order the minimum quantity your order will be delayed and you will be invoiced for the difference.
- Delays may occur if we are out of stock of an item.
- All U.S. orders ship via Priority US Postal Service, 3-5 day delivery on average
- Need it FAST? Upgrade to Express Mail, 1-2 days in transit, guaranteed, signature required.
- Most orders are shipped within 2 days of you placing your order, though this can vary.
- If you have a deadline, please add RUSH PROCESSING.
- Delivery times do not include time to process or package your order.
- If you require your order shipped with another carrier there is an additional $10 fee applied as it must be hand processed
Express Mail orders REQUIRE a SIGNATURE upon delivery. If no one is home your postal carrier will leave a note and attempt delivery on the next day. You may pick up your package from the post office if you miss your carrier. It will be held for several weeks for pick up before being returned.
Delivery Problem: lost, stolen or misaddressed
We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If we are provided a bad address you are responsible for the additional shipping charges incurred to re ship your package.
Henna Caravan will not ship a replacement until the first package is returned by the postal service.
Notify us if your package has not arrived within 2 weeks. If the package is undeliverable it will be held at your local post office for 2 weeks for you to pick up in person. After this time it is returned to us. Please have the email address and date the order was placed so we may look up your details if there is a problem. Missing orders can not be re shipped until the first package is returned by the postal service.
Please double check that your address is correct. You are responsible for additional shipping charges incurred to re ship your package. Orders shipped to a bad address can not be re shipped until the first package is returned by the postal service.
If we misaddress a package
If we make a mistake on the shipping address we will repack it with fresh products and reship the package at our expense.
