How do you ensure product quality?
In addition to using the best ingredients found across the globe, Henna Caravan makes every product by hand (fresh henna paste, henna sealants, essential oil blends, and glitter gels) in very small batches to ensure quality. The company’s handcrafted philosophy starts at the beginning, from personally choosing and testing the henna to experimenting with the most effective essential oils, to designing all the packaging to individually packing every product that is shipped to your door.
Are your products natural?
It is our goal to provide pure, premium body art products that you can trust at affordable prices. Only the world’s finest ingredients, void of harsh chemicals, fillers and needless additives are used in our hand crafted henna paste, essential oil blends, sealant, aftercare balm and mineral mica powders. We use the most finely ground henna powder currently available anywhere in the world, we believe once you try it you'll love it as much as we do. Henna Caravan products are guaranteed to be made with delicate, high quality essential oils, premium henna powders and organic products whenever possible. |

Ingredient and Product Safety?
Henna Caravan NEVER uses any black or colored chemical dyes, additives, PPD para-phenylenediamene, nut derivatives, or preservatives.
Henna Caravan is dedicated to providing high quality henna body art kits and supplies. Our henna products contain only 100% natural henna, sugar, lemon juice, and essential oils (cajeput, orange sweet, lemongrass, tea tree, wild orange or lavender). Our products are generally safe to use on children and during pregnancy, a doctor should always be consulted if you have concerns. |

Is Henna Caravan a "green" company?
Henna Caravan is committed to providing high-quality, all-natural products. Continuing our commitment to being environmentally friendly, we reuse packing materials from shipments received and use recycled packing materials to pad your package.
We hope you don't mind the mixed assortment of packing material, help us close the loop and reuse/recycle your packing materials.

Why do you encourage online orders ?
When you order online, your credit/banking information is processed via PayPal. PayPal then transfers your payment to Henna Caravan, none of your personal banking information is provided to us, the merchant. This means you don't have to worry about your banking info being passed around, lost, or stolen. Your information is private and safe!
Online orders are processed through our shopping cart which automatically emails you a reciept, emails you online tracking information when your order ships so you can track your delivery, automatically generates a shipping label so there is never a mistake with your address, and because we are linked with Paypal you are covered by their 'buyer protection' coverage.

How are products shipped?
We ship via Priority Mail, United States Postal Service. You may upgrad to Express Mail, beginning at $19.00 for 2 day delivery.
The Postal Service is the only shipping company that has earned Cradle to CradleSM Certification for the environmentally-friendly design and manufacturing of its boxes and envelope. They are made of recycled materials and are recyclable. |

Can I track my package?
Yes, all domestic internet orders come with FREE online tracking. Once your order has shipped you'll receive an email from the USPS / Paypal with a link to track your package.
No tracking is available for international, phone, fax or email orders.

Do you test on animals?
We do not test our handcrafted in house products on animals. We happily test them on ourselves! They are not good enough for our customers until they are good enough for us!
