Henna Caravan is open and shipping daily (International and Domestic) 

2026 update: There have been significant changes at the US Postal Service recently with price increases and service changes. Delivery times are longer and we are seeing more delivery delays. Packages are taking 1 full extra day to process and be scanned. Please plan accordingly. 

* Shipping Fresh Henna Paste

  • Priority Mail EXPRESS is highly recommended for fresh henna paste to preserve freshness and prompt delivery of this perishable product. EXPRESS Mail is guaranteed 3 days in transit arrival by 6PM per the USPS.
  • Priority Mail delivery times are estimated, most parcels arrive in 3-5 days.
  • First Class & Ground Advantage is NOT recommended for perishable henna paste, the long transit time means the paste will arrive past its prime. This is the cheapest and slowest option and not suitable for henna paste with 3-8+ days for delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time
Shipping estimates are provided by the USPS
This is TRANSIT time only. We need a day to pack up your order and the USPS now takes 1 day to process and scan parcels before they move.
  • First Class delivery estimate is 5-8 + days
  • Ground Advantage delivery estimate is 3-5 + days
  • Priority Mail delivery estimate is 3-5 days
  • Priority Mail Express  delivery estimate is 1-3 days in transit, delivery by 6PM

Order Processing and Shipping Times 
  • Orders ship Monday-Friday, excluding weekends/holidays. 
  • Our goal is to ship most orders within 2 business days, though this is not always possible, we try our best!
  • If you require expedited delivery please choose Express Mail and include a note that you’re in a time crunch.
  • Delays may occur if we are out of stock of an item.
  • Delays may occur due to holiday/weekends.
  • At our discretion we may hold perishable fresh henna paste over a holiday/weekend until the next standard shipping day to limit the days it's just sitting at the USPS.
 
Shipping Rates

Shipping rates on the website are approximate, large or odd shaped items may require more postage and we will contact you to make arrangements. In the event you are overcharged on the shipping estimate we will issue a refund.

* Shipping HennaGlam & Body Glues

These items are temperature sensitive and will be ruined if exposed to temperatures below 40° F. During colder winter months it must ship express mail with heat packs to arrive in useable condition. In warmer months priority mail is usually fine.

  • Priority Express Mail and heat-pack is required in colder months for HennaGlam/Body Glues. It's temperature sensitive and will be ruined if below 40° F highly. EXPRESS Mail is guaranteed 3 days in transit arrival by 6PM.
  • Priority Mail delivery times are estimated, most parcels arrive in 3-5 days.
  • First Class/Ground is NOT recommended for temperature/time sensitive orders.

International Orders 
Fresh Henna Paste is perishable and does not hold up well to the longer international shipping times. We prefer to send you henna powder, oils, cones and our recipe instead so you may make your own fresh natural henna and be guaranteed a fresh, high quality product.

Not all delivery options are available for every country

Henna Caravan can not be responsible for orders delayed or seized by customs 
Customer is responsible for any VAT, Taxes or Duties levied. These charges are assessed by your country and Henna Caravan has no control over these taxes.

Local Pick Up in Camarillo 
Place your order and choose LOCAL PICK UP or include a message in the notes. 
We will hold your order and contact you when it's ready to pick up, usually within 24 hours. Any shipping fees will be refunded.

Please Check your Delivery Address! 
Double check your address is correct when in the check out process. Sadly, each week we have several customers whose orders are shipped to old or inaccurate addresses. Please don't let this happen to you!

Delivery Methods 
All U.S. orders ship via US Postal Service.
Need it FAST? Upgrade to Express Mail, 3 days in transit, guaranteed, signature required. 

Delivery times do not include time to process or package your order. 
If you require your order shipped with another carrier there is an additional $5 fee applied as it must be hand processed and taken directly to the shipping company.

Delivery Problems 
Lost, stolen or misaddressed 

We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. 
If we are provided a bad address you are responsible for the additional shipping charges incurred to re ship your package. 
Henna Caravan will not ship a replacement until the first package is returned by the postal service.

Missing Package 
Contact your local Post Office if there is a delivery issue. They are able to help you the best! Your tracking number is emailed to you.

Notify us if your package has not arrived within 2 weeks. If the package is undeliverable it will be held at your local post office for 2 weeks for you to pick up in person. After this time it is returned to us. Please have the order number so we may look up your details if there is a problem. Missing orders can not be re shipped until the first package is returned by the postal service.

Bad Address 
Please double check your address is correct. You are responsible for additional shipping charges incurred to re ship your package. Orders shipped to a bad address can not be re shipped until the first package is returned by the postal service.

If we misaddress a package 
If we make a mistake on the shipping address we will repack it with fresh products and reship the package at our expense.
